This project reimagines a traditional home with a contemporary rear extension. Located on the edge of Cholsey, the design draws from the local vernacular, integrating red brick and modern elements. Following a series of successful planning permissions, we were instructed to carry out the building regulations information and application for the extension and internal modifications. The new layout features an energy-efficient kitchen, dining, and living space, opening seamlessly to the garden. This project showcases our dedication to thoughtful design and craftsmanship, enhancing both the aesthetic and practical aspects of the property.
